You can return your purchase to us up to 14 days after its delivery for a full refund, minus the carriage charge. We provide a returns note in all our deliveries with full instructions on how to return your purchase, it must be returned unused with ALL swing tags attached. All returns must be authorised prior to the return and the carriage for the return must be paid for by the customer we advise an insured secure delivery method be used. None of this effects your statuatory rights. If you require a replacement item we only charge carriage for NON UK replacement orders, all UK replacement items are carriage free.
