Shipping Rates and Our Delivery Times

We have two delivery methods for mainland UK customers, 'Standard Delivery' and 'Express Delivery'.

Standard Delivery is via Royal Mail and will take 1 - 3 days to arrive with you, typically, but please allow up to 7 days.

Express delivery is 24 hr Next working Day courier, Monday to Friday ONLY

Saturday delivery available for an extra charge, please phone 01751 475183 for details.

If your order is under £40, delivery is £1.99, your order will be sent Royal Mail First Class . You can choose to upgrade your delivery to 24 hr Express Delivery via a courier during checkout, for £2 extra making £3.99 total.

If your order is more than £40, delivery is £3.99 and we use a courier service you will normally, stock willing, get your order on the next working via Express Delivery day on a 24Hr Courier service (If ordered before 13:00hrs).

If your order is over £150 delivery is FREE Next Working Day.

Europe/Ireland/Channel Islands/USA

We use Parcel Force for deliveries outside of the UK mainland.

Channel Islands/Rep. of Ireland all orders charged at £13 per delivery.

Zone 6 and 7 - Belgium, Luxumberg, Netherlands, France, Germany and Denmark £15.00 per delivery. (48 hour delivery from despatch)

Zone 8 - Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece £26 per delivery. (48 hour delivery from despatch)

Zone 9 - Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Slovakia and Finland £34 per delivery

Zone 12 - USA and Canada - Orders under £40 are £15 carriage, Over £40 are £25 Carriage and over £150 are £25 carriage.

Zone 13 Australia - Orders under £40 are £33 carraige over £40 are £38 carriage.

Returns

You can return your purchase to us up to 14 days after its delivery for a full refund, minus the carriage charge. We provide a returns note in all our deliveries with full instructions on how to return your purchase, it must be returned unused with ALL swing tags attached. All returns must be authorised prior to the return and the carriage for the return must be payed for by the customer we advise an insured secure delivery method be used. Our general terms and conditions are here. None of this effects your statuatory rights. If you require a replacement item we only charge carriage for NON UK replacement orders, all UK replacement items are carriage free.
